I already made some chorizo rolls few weeks ago and I wanted to try a new recipe. So I add some roquette salad and ricotta cheese inside. These rolls are just perfect for appetizer. I have a lot of other recipes in my head and I will give it to you later.
- 1 puff pastry
- ricotta cheese
- 25 thin slices of chorizo
- roquette salad
- grated cheese
Spread ricotta cheese on the puff pastry generously. Add roquette salad, basil and grated cheese. Do not put too much grated cheese, it is just to keep the wrap.
Now, roll up it very tightly. Cut into slices about 1 cm.
